The Wellness Center at Saint Joseph Villa in Pennsylvania is staffed by trained fitness experts that are dedicated to providing individualized wellness coaching that will enhance your independence and strength through exercises tailored to your unique needs. In our gym, we are dedicated to continuing your post-rehabilitation program designed by our physical and occupational therapists.
Our goals:
- Provide support and assistance for health and wellness
- Provide positive motivational reinforcement
- Increase stamina and flexibility
- Improve strength and balance
We provide supervision and assistance, with a full range of programming and equipment. Daily exercise programs are televised and can be seen in residents’ individual rooms, or you can enjoy the company of others while exercising in the fitness center. Our varied range of exercise classes includes yoga, Pilates, stretching, balance, cardio, and strength training. We also play music and use aromatherapy to create a stress-free environment that enhances motivation, performance, alertness, and fun.

- Independent bidirectional upper body ergometer and recumbent bike all-in-one total body trainer
